At THE DRM LAB™, we stand behind the efficacy of our clinical skincare and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging; for hygiene reasons, items must be at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
